RISK OF FAITH

She walked with a frail mien trying to navigate through the teeming crowd, her strength failed her and her paces were incongruous. Though rich to an extent, she has been a victim of health tours to various physicians who couldn't proffer a solution to her condition. She hemorrhaged for 12 years and it has taken a toll on her as her fortune had dwindled.

The mandate he carried made him itinerant and he was always on the move. Everywhere he showed up, there was a change. He in the company of his aides sought thoroughfare as they waltz their way through the crowd, his persona wasn't known as he navigated through.

Some were enthused by his Gucci robes, some fascinated by his Prada shoes, some laughed at the company that followed him. But this woman saw something different, she knew in her mind that her condition was predicated on her touching his garment. She with concerted effort defied the crowd regardless of her frail condition. She sauntered with renewed strength to touch the fringes of his robe.

From behind she touched the edge of his robe and in split seconds, her hemorrhage stopped. He with an incredulous look turned around feeling that a surge of energy had been dissipated through him and saw the woman. His aides beckoned on him to let go but he wanted to be sure what happened. The woman though terrified came out and told him how she took a risk to touch him and she was made whole.
